Refund policy

Refund

We have no existing refund policy. Charmy, has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution. If the customer ask for the item to be return due to wrong order, or item was damaged, Charmy shall compensate the customer. If during delivery, customs' duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer. Any declarations regarding faulty items will be entertained by Charmy only in the 5 days following the customer receiving the parcel.

Exchange & Replace

We do not have any exchange or replace policy (For both local or international). We will only be able to accept exchanges pertaining to manufacturing defects, wrong items shipped, and size errors. 

SHIPPING POLICIES

Expected delivery times for Charmy Items :

Within UAE : 3 to 5 working days.
International : 6 to 10 working days.
Shipping time varies and will be mentioned on individual product detail page.

Shipping and customs duties :

Shipping charges are based on destination, size and weight of your order on international orders. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable by the respective country’s officials will be borne by the customer.
